SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL is a foreign language and translation center offering foreign language and translation courses to organizations. We organize practical foreign language courses that take the form of interactive courses, where participants learn a foreign language through play and communication.
This information note concerns the personal data processing activities carried out by SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL.
The information note on the processing of personal data applies to all processing of personal data that we carry out, as well as to all interactions with our website hosted on the domain www.linguatranscript.ro.

Use of the "MailPoet" sender
The newsletter is sent via "MailChimp", a newsletter sending platform operated by the US provider known as Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The e-mail addresses of the recipients of our newsletters, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on MailChimp servers in the USA. MailChimp uses this information
to send and analyze newsletters on our behalf. In addition, according to MailChimp, this data may be used to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. technical optimization of the newsletter's delivery and presentation or for business purposes to determine from which country recipients originate. MailChimp does not, however, use the data of recipients of our newsletters to contact them personally or to pass on their information to third parties.
We trust MailChimps reliability, IT and data security. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU "Privacy Shield" agreement and is thus bound by EU data protection requirements. In addition, we have a Data-Processing-Agreement with MailChimp. In this agreement, MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process the data on our behalf only in accordance with data privacy regulations and not to pass it on to third parties. The collection of your personal data is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide you with the highest quality experience regarding our services and the use of our website.

  1. basic identification data such as first name, surname, job title for making personalized course materials and registering your attendance at certain events
  2. contact data such as physical business or, where applicable, personal address, e-mail address, telephone number;
  3. bank account and other financial information that enables us to carry out the contractual relationship of any kind, where it exists;
 
Also, if you wish to join our team, we will process data necessary in the recruitment process, such as your full name, e-mail address, telephone number and mailing address, any other data you bring to our attention through the application documents, which you provide to us by applying directly on the website, by physical deposit or transmission to our office or by e-mail. - on the occasion of Lingua Transcript client-reader interactions, carried out on the basis of a collaboration contract or in preliminary discussions, negotiation and preparation of such a contract;
- via our website, when registering for one of the events/trainings organized by our company
- when you contact us by e-mail, if you express your interest in our services or if you express your interest in being employed or contracted by our company or in collaborating with our company; and
- in the context of a meeting at a business event (e.g. by exchanging business cards).

Since you are entitled to know the purposes for which we process your personal data, we will inform you before we process your personal data for any purpose other than the purpose for which you have entrusted us with your personal data.
The contractual relationship with customers
Based on the contract entered into with you, as a client of SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL, we will process all the personal data that you provide us with, as well as any other data that is necessary for the exercise of our profession and the provision of our service, in accordance with the contractual provisions.

If you are our client or if you have contacted us for professional purposes , we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest to send you specific Information Service communications (Newsletter or Member Account) that are of interest to you and your business, including invitations to our events.

  1. Duration of storage

If you have opted to receive communications related to the Information Service, we will store your data to provide this service for 3 years after your last interaction with the communications. Then, after this period has elapsed, we will ask for your consent again so that you can continue to benefit from the Information Service (Newsletter or Member Account).
If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to benefit from the Information Service (Newsletter or Member Account) and you withdraw your consent, we will respect your decision and will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.
The personal data collected in the recruitment process and used for the purpose of keeping track of previous recruitment processes is stored for a period of 10 years from the time you applied to SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL.
We will delete your personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or when you withdraw your consent (if the processing of your personal data is
based on your consent), unless the processing of your personal data is necessary pursuant to legal provisions or if we are otherwise entitled to continue processing. You will be informed of a breach of the security of your personal data if it leads to a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

we do not need your personal data for the purpose of the processing, but you request that we keep it for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim
