For me, learning Italian was essential, as it helped me connect better and feel in control whenever I communicated with the client. As for my experience with the Lingua Transcript Language Center, I can say it was very pleasant, considering the high level of trainer preparation. I would also like to thank Iustina for her dedication and patience, successfully imparting a broad range of knowledge in a short amount of time.

Many years ago, in the company where I worked, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Italians and eventually work on-site in Italy. Over time, I learned Italian, but I still have much to learn. In the Italian language course taught by Mrs. Iustina, I have the chance to fill the gaps I have in Italian grammar and also enrich my vocabulary. The course experience is educational but also significantly enhances personal growth, as we have the opportunity to discuss various topics and try to express ourselves in Italian, always being supported by Mrs. Iustina. This course is particularly special because each of us students has different levels of language proficiency; some are better with grammar, while others excel in speaking/reading. However, Mrs. Iustina encourages us all and helps us develop in the areas where we currently feel less confident. I can only thank her for the way she conducts these courses, and I hope that in the end, she will be proud of all of us.
