For decades, people have been trying to figure out whether great leaders are born with innate leadership traits or if you can develop people into leaders. Recent scientific studies suggest that leadership is 30% genetic and 70% learned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born or made, leadership is about leading people, be it a peer group, a volunteer organization or a team at work.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And it seems that leading people is a calling.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n
